BID NBFI is committed to ensuring information security in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. We aim to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of client information and ensure the continuity of business operations by establishing preventive and effective control measures against potential information security risks.

To implement this Information Security Policy, we shall pursue the following objectives:

• 1. Establish information security across all operational areas of the organization.
• 2. Apply a risk-based approach in decision-making processes.
• 3. Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external legal and regulatory requirements.
• 4. Maintain continuous and reliable operation of products, services, systems, and infrastructure to meet the expectations, trust, and satisfaction of all stakeholders.
• 5. Develop and enhance the information security environment through consistent application, adherence, and improvement.
• 6. Monitor performance to ensure alignment with current and future business needs.
• 7. Promote continuous improvement of information security awareness and practices among all employees, third-party partners, and clients, ensuring effective implementation of the Information Security Policy.
